I promised some movement options too, but seriously, remember to take at least one full day of rest,  with that in mind here we have:

  • The Grateful Yoga Mini-Series Collection: CLICK HERE A collection of 30-minute classes by myself and co-student Lynne Harmer currently enrolled in her 300 hour certification.

  • The *brand new* Restorative Yoga Collection: CLICK HERE This is best when you have at least 60 mins and no need to really engage with the outside world. I'm not sure how many full restorative classes I'll work into the mornings together but here is a collection of SIX!! We've already started to discuss the benefits of conscious relaxation, stillness, meditation, etc...Dim the lights, maybe some spa sounds music, incense or a candle and chill.
