January Meet-Up: 300 hr Club

In 2025 I will be holding monthly meet-ups for the 300 Club on Sundays, alternating between mornings and evenings month-to-month!

First Meet-Up of 2025: Sunday JANUARY 12th at 7 am EST on Zoom.

LESSON PLAN: For the next 8 meet-ups we will explore resources, learning, practices and discussion around the 8 limbs. Since this is the first month, we will:

  • Review the 8 limbs in Sanskrit + English

  • Discuss a “holistic” approach to yoga, personally + professionally

  • Practice a meditation to cultivate awareness

  • Answer questions about the 300 club, map out our 2025 plans of action, etc
