Practice Mantra Meditation with Eliza Kuchuk
JOURNAL PROMPT: Pratyahara (turning your senses inward) is the limb of this week. Mantra is sound and vibration we create from our inner environment, rather than something we consume from our external environment. Consider this aspect of meditation (internal/external). What is the difference between cultivating the meditation from within yourself, versus being told what to do from an external source? Guidance is needed for learning, but pratyahara begs the responsibility to DO the practice. Is this helpful? Possible? ….
