MONDAY February 5, Day 17:

  • Mantra Meditation PRACTICE with us. JOURNAL PROMPT: How do fear and/or anger feel in the body? What happens mentally when they manifest? What is the source of fear/anger? Have you experienced any fear or anger during YTT? Or otherwise? What is beyond fear/anger?… 1 hr, YTT1.

  • PRACTICE Ashtanga Primary Series with us. 1.5 hrs, YTT1.

  • Asana Lab: WATCH PRASARITA PADAOTTONASANA A-D. Plus a brief deiscussion on DRISHTI. Remember for every lab to try and photograph yourself and upload HERE to our YTT media folder. .5 hrs, YTT2.


TUESDAY February 6, Day 18:

  • PRACTICE Chandra Yoga RESTORATIVE session. 1 hr, YTT1.

  • BOOK CLUB: Sutras Book 2; #38 READ first then WATCH. Leave comments as discussion, and JOURNAL. 1 hour, YTT3


THURSDAY February 8, Day 19:


SATURDAY February 10, Day 20:

  • 6-6:45 am PRACTICE Viloma Pranayama . 45 minutes, YTT1.

  • 7-7:45 am WATCH our session with STEPHANIE SMITH, a very special guest teacher. How to Teach Journaling and integrate it into classes, workshops, retreats, etc… Plus, a little review of Journaling as practice from last week! Both slideshows are linked below with all of Stef’s info, notes, resources, etc. ENJOY!

  • 8-9 am Practice VINYASA with Chrissy. Focus on breath and bandhas, follow the feel good. 1 hour, YTT1.

    • HOMEWORK: Please CLICK HERE to complete the midterm Self-Evaluation… I tried to keep it short and sweet, while allowing some space for reflection + expansion. You’ve been working really hard, 50 hours of YTT is a HUGE accomplishment!!!
