Course Curriculum

Ashtanga, Vinyasa + Meditation Practices: Deepen your understanding and practice of these foundational yoga styles. You’ll also be introduced to Yin, Restorative, Kids Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and a variety of others along the way!

Yoga Philosophy: Explore the rich philosophical traditions and teachings of yoga.

Anatomy and Physiology: Gain insights into the mechanics of the human body as they relate to yoga practice.

Teaching Techniques: Learn effective methods for instructing and inspiring your students.

Practicum: Engage in practical teaching experiences to build confidence and proficiency.

Yoga for me is a way of life. It is pure joy, freedom, peace and calm. It is also constant learning and developing my self mentally + physically.
